		<description>This  won’t take down twitter.  Email had the same problem and it eventually got “mostly”  solved – maybe “addressed” / “managed” is a better word.  Comments had the same  problem and they are ok.  It’ll just take a bunch of extra software  infrastructure.&lt;br /&gt; </description>
