I recently spent a day touring Zynga, the creator of FarmVille HP0-J25 exam and other social games that have the tech world talking 642-481 exam. With nearly 500 employees, the place is humming with activity and springing lots of cultural quirks. Its massage room 000-330 exam, weekly keg parties, and formidable cooking staff are perks reminiscent of Google in its early days HP2-E27 exam

Geo – I will forward this on to the senior folks at Zynga. I’ve also reached out to you via your Facebook account (which you left below) to try to connect. Email is easier – if you don’t mind sending me a note to brad@feld.com, I’ll make sure you get connected with the right folks.
As a avid player of your games, I found this Solution to the problems with Mafia Wars appalling. Upon opening MW tonight, hoping it was fixed I was greeted with the following message.
Dear Valued Mafia Wars Player,

Good news. We have fixed the issue with your account that was causing your in game activities to be incorrectly recorded (other symptoms included lack of access to the game and scrambled stats). In order to do so, we had to return your broken stats to where they were on December 5th.

We realize that this necessary action has caused you some inconvenience and have credited your account with the following items:

    * 70 Reward Points
    * 35 Skill Points
    * Limited Edition: Stolen Police Car, Dillinger's Overcoat
    * Complete set of Public Enemy loot items
          o Prison Stripes
          o Dillinger's Pistols and Holdsters
          o Locket of Billie
          o Agents Purvis' Rifle
          o Dillinger's Wooden Gun
          o "Pulbic Enemy #1 Newspaper"
          o V8
          o Fur Coat

Thanks for your patience. We really appreciate your continued support as we continually make improvements to your game play.

Best Regards

Mafia Wars

I find this solution to be totally unsatisfactory. I have invested time, dollars and efforts into this game only to be slapped in the face by some yahoo programmer. I have filed support tickets by phone (#091223-008028) and via the web(#091223-012121) explaining my dissatisfaction with this solution.
I have invested over $400.00(US) as well as numerous hours to attain the levels that I have
Below you will find my web question. and attached you will find a detailed stat sheet that I have been keeping.
I request you attention to these ongoing problems with this application and also that your loyal following be compensated for their continuing troubles with this game
Respectfully,
George R.

(Sent to Support 9:00 PM Central Time)This solution attached to my MW page is not acceptable. I have filed a support ticket #09123-008028 that will detail the $ invested in Mafia Wars since December 10th of this year. Attached you will find a spread sheet with detailed statistics from Nov through this morning (12/23/09). The half baked appeasement offer that was posted on my wall will not compensate for the dollars invested or the items lost due to an unneeded rollback by your programmers. I fully intend to begin a charge-back through my credit card company should this matter not be resolved adequately. The dollars invested alone account for account for 1700 Godfather points and you are giving me 70? I lost 60 levels of playing along with the associated loot. I had completed Cuba, Baklany, as well as almost all of the Boets level in Moscow. Through loot drops, and gifts I had all but the tiger tattoo, Ekatrina;'s doll, Medal of Lenin, White Russian and the Soviet, and the Hammer in the 1st 4MOscow collections. In Cuba, I was missing only the French Fork to complete that collection. I had 17 unopened gifts in the Safe house as well as having 12 purchases done during the holiday sale. THe Haitian drum, 2 Trio Mesa's 2 Vet. Dog tags, 2 Kodiaks, 2 Iron Bullls, 1 Russian Bear.(all that I can remember) None of these appear in my inventory.
This is ridiculous, my game was operating fine until your programmers did the roll back earlier today. Should I not hear from Zynga by Tuesday 12/29 at 4 PM Central U.S. time. I shall go through with charge back proceedings as well as contacting my State Attorney General's office and the BBB.I will do my damndest through my marketing company to spread the word of Zynga's ripping off of customers
