Yup – we stayed at the O&O Ocean Club. It was nice, but fell far short of Palmilla. Overall, the setting, spa, and tennis were great. The service was unpredictable – usually great, but we had a few instances of “bad” and one of “terrible” (our last lunch took over an hour to arrive at Dune). Being a 3 minute shuttle from Atlantis was nice for food, but I wish there were several more options on the property (similar to Palmilla).

I’d give Palmilla a 10 and Ocean Club a 7.5 on the “spend a week off the grid in luxury scale.”

Brad – did you stay at the O&O Ocean Club? I know you are a big fan of O&O Palmilla (as are my wife and I) and we tried the Ocean Club last Fall. If you stayed there, wondering what you thought of it by comparison.
