awesomeness. i named my running blog about this very thing. it's called 'the internal pigdog' after the super long german phrase for that thing inside of you that tells you not to continue when things are tough. running is about defeating the internal pigdog -- and it's why it so perfectly mirrors life.

Very true....speaking of reading, I just read the Enron, 24 Days book. The principals written about in this book as to why and how folks within Enron and its partners created the mess in order to profit upper managment as well as other stakeholders at others's expense, seems to have strong characteristics that are in line with the overall financial industry collapse.

I guess we read and didn't learn.
