Brad – It is so common to see job fairs for developers and hackers! Web startups need them to have a product – I get that. But, what would you say to the biz guy who loves the tech but can't code. I spoke with Eric Olson, who I believe is a friend of yours this weekend, and we're similar in that we're probably not going to build a web product but we'll sell and position the shit out of it. Thoughts?

This is a really great opportunity. I grew up in Boulder and moved back here after being away for 10 years to work at Me.dium. Who would have thought that Boulder would have so much to offer for a software engineer? Looking forward to all the new, fresh talent!

The issue is “supply and demand”. There is much more of an imbalance in supply and demand for developers / hackers than there is for business guys that love tech but can’t code. While this isn’t necessarily satisfying to the business guy that loves tech but can’t code, it’s been this way for as long as I can remember.
