		<description>Brad - It is so common to see job fairs for developers and hackers! Web startups need them to have a product - I get that. But, what would you say to the biz guy who loves the tech but can&#039;t code. I spoke with Eric Olson, who I believe is a friend of yours this weekend, and we&#039;re similar in that we&#039;re probably not going to build a web product but we&#039;ll sell and position the shit out of it. Thoughts?
