Thanks for the post about J. K Rowling's lecture at Harvard. I was able to watch it on You Tube and was extremely impressed by her candor, humility and humor.

This is the one that really resonates with me. All too often I am married to the original idea and get stuck in analysis paralysis. I am going to work hard on adding this to my mantra, "fail hard, fast…"
