Specifically regarding the first-mover vs fast-follower piece, I would add sony/samsung/dell ---> Apple in the MP3 marketspace, and I think we're in the midst of the shift from the set-top DVR's (tivo) to a more personal & mobile solution. So, in a couple years add to the list; Tivo ---> Apple? Slingbox? Something out HDNet perhaps? I made the time to come back and read each one of these posts. Thanks for sharing. There's a ton of wisdom in each of them.

Specifically regarding the first-mover vs fast-follower piece, I would add sony/samsung/dell —> Apple in the MP3 marketspace, and I think we're in the midst of the shift from the set-top DVR's (tivo) to a more personal & mobile solution. So, in a couple years add to the list; Tivo —> Apple? Slingbox? Something out HDNet perhaps?
