Hi Wendy, Thank you so much for your fast response! Regarding the issue of being kicked off of a table when I have a good hand:
Exactly what is happening: Most of the time I get the Disconnected msg, but the other day the application simply closed as did my internet explorer. Sometimes I have the opportunity to click on "reconnect" and will resume my game but other times I connect back and end up in the lobby.
Internet browswer I use: Windows Internet Explorer 7
I use high speed DSL to connect to the internet.
I will keep track of the table, time and hand details in the future. Again, thank you so much for looking into this as well as my status of "Newbie" when I should be Pro.

Re: your issue of being kicked out – are you receiving the "Disconnected" msg too? Does it happen when you're playing in regular games, or in tourneys, or is it indiscriminate? Which OS and browser/browser version are you using?

Thanks Kathy, and sorry for the delayed response. We're still working on the ranking issues, but hope to have them resolved soon.
Have you tried using a different browser, such as Firefox 3? If not, please try it, and let me know if the disconnection issue persists. Also, does it happen when you're playing specific types of games – such as tourneys (and if so, regular or weekly), and do you play consistently at a similar time each day?
As I mentioned to Sabrina, please report your losses to customer service via the ticketing sys too, so that you can probably recoup some of your losses:

How do you hide your entire name (listed on facebook) from showing when you are playing Texas hold 'em? I'd rather not disclose my entire name when playing!

Hi Kris, on fb you can hide your name this way: click 'settings' in the upper right corner of the page, select 'privacy settings', and click Profile. under the Basic tab, change all of the settings to Only Friends, then click 'save changes'. Click the Contact Info tab, and make the same changes to those fields.
Please note that your name and pic will still be visible to you through your own account while playing, however you will appear as privacy blocked with a '?' pic to users other than your friends.

Hi Kris, to opt in to privacy settings on Facebook, click Settings in the upper right corner of the page, and select Privacy Settings. Click the Profile option, and change all of the fields to Only Friends, then click Save Changes. Then, at the top of that page select the Contact Information tab (next to the Basic default tab), change all of those fields as well, and be sure to click the Save Changes button again at the bottom.
Please note that these changes will not affect your own view of your profile when you're logged into your account and playing; you will see your main pic and your entire name. However, to anyone other than you and your Friends, you will appear as Privacy Blocked, with a "?" as your main pic.

Being the occasional bad poker player who needs all the practice I can get, I added this app and can see this is certainly a winning hand for Zynga. I have Poker All-Stars loaded up on my computer and play there sometimes (not for real money). This app seems to be a pretty fun game.

Aside from the brief flashback to 'Nam I had that was inspired from your MySpace Page music theme, the first time when I tried to join a game I got the little flash window only displaying 1/2 the table, but it worked just as smoothly as the Facebook app on my second attempt.

They left me 34K chips. I submitted a complaint via there email located at the bottom of their page. Spent all of Friday, Saturday and Sunday building my chips back up again and on Monday A.M. was missing another 5M chips. This time they only left me 4K chips. Submitted another complaint. No response from anyone except for their auto responder. Each time, I had changed my password and by the third time, was finished with the game. Being a free game, it was not worth the hassle. It is a fun game, but truthfull, it is a challenge to see how high of bank account you can get based on your skill……luck and nerve!

Was not any fun to have a PRO5M status playing on the 1-2 chip table because your chips disappear. I tried ultimate bet and full tilt and found that the Zynga Poker was not only easier to play, it was user friendly and all my friends had the application but several of them started losing their chips as well. I thought about it for a bit and decided to give it another try so I started a HI5 account and added the application through there as changing my passwords and sign in Email on myspace was not working. About a few days later, I received an email from customer support at Zynga stating they were sorry for the problems and had credited my Myspace account with 11M chips. I was happier then heck that they did the right thing. I logged onto my myspace account and sure enough, there I was- a PRO10M player! How exciting even though I was a few million short from the 3 hackings. I could live with that. Not feeling safe to leave the chips all on one account, I proceeded to transfer about 6M in chips over to my HI5 account leaving me with just over 5M in my myspace account.

Unfortunately, it is insulting to me to have wasted so much time (and money) to play this game but on the positive side, I have made a bunch of friends and the game is far better then any game I have played online! Zynga has an AWESOME game and it will grow I am sure to be one of the best online games this winter! I just wish that their customer support was as good as the game! Still waiting to hear from them! Will follow up when I do – good or bad!

I decided to play on the myspace account for a bit. Within 10 minutes of playing, I was disconnected from the server and when I logged back in, my chips were gone again. I submitted another complaint explaining what had happened and the time, table etc relevant to this situation. Was I glad that I got some of them transferred to my HI5 account! Well shortly after I submitted my complaint, I decided I would go look at my HI5 account. I logged on and the chips were safe and secure. Now I was really blaming the myspace application! I saw a couple friends were playing so thought I would go visit with them for a bit. I played at one table for a little bit (10 Minutes) and we decided to change tables. As I went to sit down, I clicked on the seat, entered my chip amount and puff, denied for not enough chips. I thought, this is wierd so I clicked the seat again, got the box to enter my chips again and as you guessed,,,,,, my chips were all gone! This was my HI5 account! What happened??

Well, I have had several simular occurances as described above. Seems to be several hackers on the site. The first time(Wednesday) , I lost over 6M chips. Changed my password and wrote it off as a hacker. Built my account back up to just over 5M chips and by Friday I was hacked again.

I again sent a email into Zynga with m phone number etc asking someone to contact me and tell me how this was happening and how frustrated I was… Heard nothing for several days. Then, I received this response from Zynga:

WOW! If this wasnt a slap in the face I dont know what was. After all the issues and problems I was having and the HOURS I spent in support of this game, I get this rude "Solution". Keep in mind, I had to purchase chips from them each time I was missing chips just to get going again so the free game did not exactly end up free anymore!

Hi this is john I was playing yesterday with 1,500,000 .00 in chips. and the same thing happened to me, it froze on me then i could not get back in so i tried like 5 or six more times and nothing. So i left!! ,about 7 hours later i came back on to play poker and i had lost all my chips besides like 9,769 in chips. I tried to contact Zynga about this because Im pissed and like Rick said: how much fun is it to work so hard to earn chips that can just be gone or taken form you so quick. ………. 10-10-08 I don't see either, if you put it in my old account don't you think it's going to get stolen again? that makes no sense. My new account is trosky30@netzero.com that I created under facebook, can't you just put all the chips in that account and get this over with? I told you before that I don't have EXACT date and times for when my chips were stolen, there's no way I can remember all of it, so what am I supposed to do just forget about those chips? I don't think so, there must be a way you can give me something back, what do you lose if you give me the chips back? PLEASE DON'T PUT THE CHIPS IN THE OLD ACCOUNTS!, they will just get stolen again and I already canceled those accounts like you told me to do. Remember you kept saying to change my accounts and then respond back, you also said to get anti-viruses which I already have and have always had. I'm not missing any chips, but now that they have added the "Nightlife" missions, I am unable to add anyone to my "poker team". Mafia Wars also has a Big Mac Attack mission that has the chance of a looted item, but with only myself in my "poker team", I am only able to do the piddly $20-$30 chip payout mission. There is no help or forum link from the app profile in MySpace.
I often can not send the daily free chips to friends. Also when at the invite tab, only 8 of my over 1050 friends are shown??? Invites, on the rare occasion I can send them, they only invite someone to play poker, not to be added to my poker team. This appears to be an added bonus to gain more chips, but it's just not functioning & becomes frustrating.
Clicking on the "Invite My Mafia" results in maybe 3 invites to "join me in Texas Holdem" messages. What's the point of having the poker team achievements & missions if you have no way to add to yours??? Very quirky & buggy~!~
I have submitted a ticket to Zynga support & also feedback, but like other tickets I have submitted, they just sit in cyber space.

Happened to me yesterday(i play through myspace) – built up about 1.5million chips in about a week – popped onto a small blinds table to chat to my sister who was playing and when i left i was shown about 45k in my account. Now Im used to playing 'real' money poker online and have never had chips/money disappear on me before. I have, like people here, sent a complaints email to chase this up and have got no reply. How hard can it be to trace – surely they have the movement of chip details – or am i judging them with the standards of an online poker site? I know its fun poker but to buy 1.5M in chips is about 200$ i think on the link on the application so it is quantifiable to a real loss- it sure feels like a real loss after grinding it out on the 50k and 100k tourney tables for days. If so many people who build up stacks are having them disappear into thin air then the game is pointless to me. I can't be bothered to play again at the moment and wouldn't recommend anyon else to as this 'disappearing' chip problem seems to be something the application controllers have no control of. Complete waste of time in my opinion and has got me a little peed off. Slight other annoyance has been open collusion in the tourny tables – in once case i was in the final 4 playing 3 friends who were openly folding to each other – I asked how they could fold hands they were in due to blinds and the reply was along the lines of 'it's my friend!'. Do that on a money poker site and you are banned. This application seems to be opposite to all poker sites i use in that good player's chips disappear and people openly cheat (at least try and be subtle about it dammit) – only used it for bit of fun and my sis and some friends are on it but ive had enough – play poker is turning out to be no fun.

I think it happened on Sat. October 11th, they stole the 3,600,000 from the hector_f@yahoo.com . I also played with the jade-lover@yahoo.com account and they stole another 4 million. With the jfranco11@netzero.com they stole 4,700,000 and left me with 189,900 chips. From my newest account the trosky30@netzero.com I had 1 million and was left with 400,000 chips, I can't remember the exact date for that one but it was recent like on the 13th. This has happened soooooooooooooooo many times that there's no way I can remember exact dates and the exact amounts I was left with, there are other times that it happened too but I can't remember everything. All I know is that in total they have stolen around 12 million or I think more from me!!! With each account I had they stole from me at least like 3 times. If this wasn't really happening believe me I wouldn't waste my time and energy to see what the hell is going on with this game. I am very, very, very, frustrated now and would like to just get my chips back and have this stop happening every damn time I play.

You are so right man. I was in a game with 1,200,000, quit, then got back on about 2 hours later and my account said 1,000. I was like stunned. I know its just a game and all, but if my chips go missing I want them to go missing because i lost them, not because of some hack or something.

Well, I also lost chips. I wasn't playing at the time, I was actually on vacation last weekend, and did not log in at all. On the myspace application, you can see your friend's chip count. My friend actually saw my chips go from $450,000 (aprox), to $4,000 last Thursday. He said on Friday, he saw my chips were back up to $450K. Then when I came home last night, I logged in and had $6,000 chips in my account. Strange right? So I also lost a lot of hard earned chips, which I am pretty bummed about. Luckily i have a good friend who loaned me some chips, but I would still love to have someone research and see if I can get those chips returned to me.

Brad and Wendy this is Jorge Franco again, I am having a problem with my account again!! I got an account with FB and they took 35 million chips away from me on 10-27-08 at 10:35p.m. They said that they had received abuse reports from other members, but I haven't done anything wrong! I was supposed to reply to their e-mail to dispute the reports and agree to the terms of the account, once I did that things were supposed to be ok I guess, I did all that but I don't know what happened. I never had this problem with myspace you know that, the only problem was my chips kept getting stolen so I wanted to see if there's anything you can do to help me get my chips back.

Restart your browser. Then, install the latest flash player version Again. Restart your browser Again. If still not working, you may need to lower your security settings temporarily in your web browser to allow the download.
Any change? If not, pls try this (you won't lose your pts): remove the App, log out of account, clear your browser's cache, close your browser, re-launch, log back into account, and add the App again. Be sure to clear your cache entirely- if you need instructions, let me know which browser you're using.
If you're still unable to load the game, pls let me know which operating system, browser, and specific browser version you're using.

Thanks for getting back with me. I tried all your suggestion I even removed the app. (was really unsure about that one, but you were right I didn't lose my pts.) but it didn't work. My browser is firefox, And on firefox the app. will not load.On the explorer the app. will load but with error on page. Java is up to date, Adobe flash is installed correctly, the cache is cleared.. no did not work..same computer as previous same place played.I HAD NO PROBLEM BEFORE THE CHANGES, When the changes took place my problem began. on my explorer…in the left bottom corner it has caution sign and error on page and at times java void will pop up..and the same error as the post above( expected).I looked that one up on errors.com nothing that I could understand..Thank for your help…

Firefox 3.03….yes I am landing on the load screen ..what I see is a blur of Texas hold em and in front of it – LOADING YOUR TABLE NOW…with flashing dots under it. This goes on forever. At the bottom.. all that is there is the word done. I can not find a error on that page.

The last time they did "minor construction" on my home page I logged on to Texas Hold'em only to find my PRO status reduced to a newbie…my 6 stars disappeared as well.
Another complaint…I keep getting knocked off a table when I have a winning hand. Not a nice feeling when you are sitting with a nice hand a sizable pot only to come back and all be gone.
Please, can you request they fix my status from Newbie to Pro?

Hi Sam, you can add a poker buddy if you're both seated at the same table, by clicking on another player's profile and clicking the Add to Buddies button. you can buy drinks the same way – seated at the same table, click on another player's profile, click Buy drink/gift, select the item, and then choose if you'd like to buy just for that particular player, or a round for the table.
Your friends and buddies will appear in the My Friends box on the main poker pg. if they're online. click their name, then click Join User to land at their table.

I was playing on a private table (mirage) with a buddy, and the table froze. I had over 10M chips (in account) while I was playing, and the table froze, so we left the table, and then all 10M of my chips were missing from my account. I have tried and tried again to contact/submit tickets to Zynga about this issue with no response. Now I know it's just a game, but when you play hard to accumilate 10M chips, and they disappear in 10 seconds, it's not very cool. Also, if you are going to have a gaming site or a website that is of this statue, have customer service tech's that can assist people with glitches ect.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my chips back, or who to contact?

Brad, I had the same problem the other gentleman had. I accumulated 7million chips and the table froze, when I logged back in my chips were reduced to a mere 16,000. I have tried to contact them like he has, and they're not responding. I completely agree with what he's saying and I think it's not right for this application to have so many players who work hard to get where they're at and end up losing it in a matter of a few seconds without doing anything. Totally not cool.

After talking to a computer engineer buddy of mine from overseas, I explained my issues and problems (he also plays online with this application) and he said he would do some looking. He recommended a couple of anti-virus programs to try which I did and did not turn anything up. He them found something very wierd. A virus wrapped up internally in where? JAVA! The same application this game runs off of is able to hide the virus in which some hackers appear to be able to get this virus to you. He suspects it may be a weakness with the "Poker Friends". Solution? Delete all the JAVA updates in the add and remove programs, delete all friends you do not know personally or trust and get a fresh update from JAVA. Guess what- I have not had a problem since….. So I am happy to say, no more missing chips. The only problem I have now is the LACK of caring and support from Zynga! To this day, I have not heard back from anyone either in email or phone. The tickets are "Open" and I would suspect they will never settle my issue.

Just another update. Brad got my information into the hands of Wendy and puff- within 24 hours, this matter has been resolved. The old saying goes, its not what you know, its who you know. Sometimes both! Thanks a million Brad and thank you Wendy for doing the right thing.

Im a rank PRO 20 mil and Ive been hacked for 45 million chips. I love this site but if there was a better privacy feature, it would be a lot more funner to play. ok on myspace…. for some reason latley I cant log into the texas holdem. It says "Loading your table now" well it stays like that for 30 minutes and I eventually X out of the screen. It doesnt load. 1 time I got thru…dont know why. I have noticed that on my home page it has Texas Holdem play now… but underneath where its suppose to show the rest is blank (like its not loading all the way on the home page and its the same on all my friends) BUT Im not sure if this has anything todo with the loading page listed above. Hello, I am writing on behalf of my son. He and I both have Zynga poker accts through Myspace. I have sent numerous emails to zynga and have not received any responses concerning our issue. My son (who is only on with me because I am teaching him how to play) does not have his chat??? Why??? As I mentioned I also have an account and my chat is fine (we are on the same computer play through IE on windows XP Oper Sys.) It is very frustrating seeing others through my chat make rude and vulgar comments and make up creative ways of swearing yet my son who has never done anything wrong has no chat??? I have reported a couple of people through his chat for calling me names and being disgusting making sexual remarks about mothers (talking about me, and they said they reported me as well for no reason!!) If not, please do so by clicking the Support link below the game tables and enter the info. Please include either a link to the user's profile, or their exact name and, if applicable, their network.
Re: Zach's inability to chat, what *exactly* happens when he tries to? I think this may be a known issue that we're working to resolve. It may also effect buying in for more than the minimum. When he attempts to chat, does his cursor land in the google search bar?

Thanks for your very quick response but we just deleted his account through zynga (no tickets, we did it through myspace e-mail and it probably was a known issue because it seemed to happen with the updates and new features), he didn't want the poker app any longer (and we had 641,000 chips through me teaching him how to play, boo-hoo, to bad we couldn't transfer them to my account!)). Well fortunately I have no problems through my account, except that I can't seem to get past 2000 chips LOL (I used my e-mail address if you can give me any tips LOL). Thanks for your very quick response but we just deleted his account through zynga (no tickets, we did it through myspace e-mail and it probably was a known issue because it seemed to happen with the updates and new features), he didn't want the poker app any longer (and we had 641,000 chips through me teaching him how to play, boo-hoo, to bad we couldn't transfer them to my account!)). Well fortunately I have no problems through my account, except that I can't seem to get past 2000 chips LOL (I used my e-mail address if you can give me any tips LOL). Sorry if I am writing multiple replies but I still don't see the reply so don't know if it will get to you. And just in case you need help on the issue my cursor does end up in the google toolbar sometimes but I just scroll down to myspace on the toolbar and it's fine. Hi Ryan, what *exactly* happens when you try to play in the weekly tourney on myspace? have you been able to play previously? there should be a Weekly Tourney tab above the game tables, which when you click on it will take you to the stats page.
Among other info on the page, it displays the number of tourney tokens you have, the number of tokens available to send to your friends, and a Play Now button. Please let me know if you're missing any of these options, as well as your OS and browser/browser version. Thanks.

Hey yeah i have a problem too, I was playing poker with 575k worth of chips same thing , it froze and i signed off myspace. I signed back on 30 mins later My chips were at 13 K . issue# 1 I had registered on facebook with yahoo account and had bout 15.08 million chips. However, friend of mine told me there are better graphics for poker if I play from yahoo. So, I logged in with yahoo account with same name as face book and started the zynga App and my poker chips were 2300 or something. I went back to facebook and noticed my 15.08 million chips were not there anymore instead it was 2300. I think this is a bug with zynga application. Can you please direct me if ur app is compatible across different site using same ID? I am exhausted trying to earn my chips back. Can you please at least post a message indicating user not to use the same email/username in different site like yahoo, bebo, my space and play poker with that otherwise your money will be set to the lowest amount.
Issue#2: Sometimes poker app is continuously playing the warning sound when user is idle during game play and it wont stop. I upgraded to latest flash and it seems to be okay, but i think you should inform user to update the flash.
issue#3: Private rooms dont refresh.
Can you please retrieve whatever chips you possibly can on my facebook or yahoo account?

Hi raj, each social network assigns a unique ID, and you use a different poker account for each network, rather than a global account. You can use the same e-mail and passwords across networks, as it has no effect on your poker accounts.
Please submit a ticket for your loss to our Customer Service team, by clicking the Support link below the game tables and entering all of the pertinent details.
They will respond, but please give them a few days for research.
A flash update notice does appear when we make changes that may be affected by an outdated flash player.
Can you please clarify your question regarding the refreshing of private rooms?

Thanks Wendy for prompt reply. I for some reason didnt not see the flash update notice. I retested with Flash 10 I believe and the issue still occours where it would keep playing the sound in the background. I believe this occurred when I was idle during game play and I just quickly "stand up" from the sit when idle time was about to end and it kept playing that "tick tick" noise.
Private room not refreshing:
. Anyways, to reproduce the problem. Follow this steps:
I should have been little clear here I guess I was tired of typing
BTW, I was using facebook and ur Poker app.
1) Create a Private room
2) Take a sit and sign out (I guess rarely someone do this. I did by accident)
3) re-launch the zinga app and notice it will keep asking for room password and when u enter valid password it will say room no longer exists. However, it keeps popping that dialogue box until you go to the private room tab and press refresh list.
Expected behavior: It should refresh the rooms automatically if user is no longer in that room so that way it wont pop the dialogue box asking user to etner room passwrod . I hope this makes sense. I guess the severity of this bug is very low since not many user would create a room and sign out.

i had a problem with my server while playing my comp. froze and i lost 16 million chips , i know they will not be replaced but just to let you guys know that this problem should be fixed its not fair to have to start over again. so i started playing on a different app. but of course Zynga is much better

Wendy Help, I needed chips through facebook so I did 6 offers to earn chips. I did the offers and even got the confirmation emails or the last pages of the paths to prove I registered with the offers. Super rewards will not give me my chips. I wrote to Zynga support and have the ticket number 090213-000229 I have given them all of the info I have, I saved the confirmation e-mails and the last page saying i registered and still no chips. Before taking the offers I turned off pop-up blocker and allowed all cookies. Where do they think i got the confirmation e-mails or the last pages of the offers??? they are from the same date. This whole thing has got me frustrated and even had me in tears. It took me a long time to take these offers, a lot of clicking in tiny circles. I'm not asking for a million chips or anything. I just want the chips I earned and I deserve. I should get 51,500 chips. Zynga said they are looking into it but it also said if I don't respond in 72 hours they will assume the problem has been resolved, but nothing is resolved. I would like to ask Wendy for help. I had talked to you about my son's account and why he couldn't chat and then I said he just closed his account, well he didnt close it he just hasnt played in a really long time. He had 641k there one day and when he recently went and played it was all gone? I thought maybe it was from inactivity but Zynga says they don't have the loss in their logs, how can they not have it, it was there one day and gone the next. Now I did tell them if the acct. got hacked it wouldnt surprise me because I got a trojan virus on my comp, don't know what from an app I assume. So I cleared the cache, reinstalled java and gave a new password to my sons myspace account. I did everything they said to do and he still can't get his chips back? I see people asking for 1 mil 2 mil even over 5 mil and they get theirs back. We just want his 641k or even a portion of it. It is soo hard to start all over again and it took us so long to get those chips, I'm teaching him how to play.

I thought something was wrong with our Java because not only do I think we got hacked I also got a Trojan Virus. I finally got rid of the virus through a spyware/adware program, thank god. I did everything you said to do. Re-installed java new passwords. But now my son has no chips and it would be heartbreaking to start all over again. Wendy since you helped me through the zynga support maybe you can help me here too. I was finally awrded my chips I earned through offers. They take FOREVER to take!! Anyway I took some more and they totalled to 50,180. They gave me 20,000 but I'm still out 30,180. I went to my facebook poker and went to earn chips to see my status of the other offers and lo and behold the offers are gone none to take, and super rewards page that I can view my offer staus is blank. I still have all the last pages and confirmations saved. Why are these pages blank??? I'm having an issue. Whenever I click the Texas Hold Em Application, everything loads properly. The tabs at the top (Play, Weekly Tourney, Invite Friends, etc). The column on the right (Poker Buddies).
But where the actual table would be, or where it shows the different tables….it's all green. So I'm wondering what I could download to make that work? I have FireFox 3

OMG i am devastated!! I had 4,110,??? chips and now they are gone. Stupid dumb me clicked on a link inside one of the poker rooms about people selling chips and now when I got on today all of my chips are gone! What do I do?? hi my name is siavash shojaat i had 57m yesterday .when playing some guy sent me a website witch he demanded that would give me bonus chips . the web site demanded that it would give those who have more than 50m .when i entered the web site it looked ecxaclly like face book and wanted me to sign in but when i signed in it stole all my money. now i have got only 400k .can any one help me ? web sites address is http://www.zinga-bonus.tk/ . please dont sign in cause you loose all your chips.

I was playing Sitngo for $25,000 on Sunday 9/20 and took third place and it stated I only won 36 chips total. 36 chips is indeed an error. I want to be credited for the correct amount of chips. Need someone to check this out and advise.

Just founf this site and was hopeing you will notice this message Aug 15 or 16 i do was taken by a hacker which took over 8 million of my chips and i have wrote several emails to Zynga and never got a reponse . so please would you help me get back my chips. i was blocked out of my account saying i was doing something funking don't under stand this i did nothing wrong at all. i waited untill last week and just ecceptted my 10 percent in order to play this game . i just don't understand why i never heard from them or why i never got my chips back when i did Not do anything wrong.

Hello…Im not sure if you can help me but its worth a shot. For about 4 months now i havent been able to log into Zinga Poker on Myspace. The game will start to load and then it will stop and this message wilI popup…

I have been going back and forth with both Zynga and Myspace for months now, i've done all the troubleshooting steps they recommend. Nothing seems to work and neither seem to have an explanation or solution to the problem. I have half a mill sitting there in chips, i know it might not seem like alot but its alot to me since i bought those chips, i enjoy the came and would luv to continue to play or buy more chips but out of fear of them locking me out of my account and me keep losing my money and my chip i dont think its a good idea.
Any help is greatly appreciated…Thanks in advance

I got 3 emails asking me to register my name and password. I repied to the first one.Fortunately I found out, just in time, that t was a scam/hacker and was able to save my chips and ersonal information. I then got 2 more from Sapo Maria : one i replied to telling her that a scam was pulled before and to stop emailing me. The other one I ignored.
Till last night I was playing – this morning I find that the app. has been removed alog with all my chips. No explanation.
Can you pease tell me what isgoing on with Zynga?

Hi can someone please help me, I had 47 mil chips, but anytime I try to sit on a poker table (on facebook), it tells me "you appear to be playing on another server and have -99.000 chips". I have cleared my cache many times like the say on the zynga support line, but it still doesnt work. And zynga customer support isnt coming back to me. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Why do i keep getting booted off my table.. especially when i'm winning.. this is so frustrating especially when i have been hacked so many times its not funny.. like over 100 mil.. and zynga just pass the blame on to me.. lol i gave up on that.. I use spyware doctor and changed my email password. and i mean my email. not facebook.. actual personal email account.. after spyware doctor cleaned up

First of all happy New Year. I am sorry to report that zynga poker has been taken over by hackers. Abusive photos and language. If you are allowed to win some chips once you think you're on the way to win the final your controls freeze up, your screen is coveredby a veil of darkness and invariably the chips are allocated to the wrong player. You report all this to zynga and your reward is SILENCE. The latest mishap was to be completely blocked out of facebook and not been allowed to enter. Can anyone help since the support you get from zynga is non existent
