A Brief View Into Google’s Internal Systems

On Google Blogoscoped, I ran into a post titled The Tools Google Uses Internally that is a short overview of a web seminar that walks through the tools a typical Googler works with daily.  This led me to the actual presentation (59 slides – many of them screenshots) which I found fascinatingly detailed.  If you’ve heard of MOMA, Snippet, and Ideas but never seen screenshots, now you can join the magic special club.

    Brad,

    Very interesting, and relevent post.

We recently developed the alpha version of a product that includes much of the funtionality mentioned into a single web-based application so its nice to see our ideas on how to increase productivity and innovation validated.

hmmh… made me wonder what OS Google employees use… it seems that as of a year ago new employees were asked if the wanted a PC or Mac. But if everything is Web-based Ubuntu/Goobuntu seems like a possibility.
