I'm not sure I totally understand the arrangement, but if it's money from the Fed, it was created from nothing. So we will be affected by increased inflation rather than by a tax increase. Worse, in my opinion.

It started when the WSJ made a comment about Cayne smoking dope while golfing and then blew up into a gossipy feeding frenzy. I have no idea if it's true.
