I thought these were fixed and I installed both Memeo Autosync and Memeo Autobackup on a fresh Windows Vista reinstall, thinking of having my files being nicely copied to my Windows Home Server box – no such luck.

Both software were removed after 12 hours because neither would keep copying things without a reboot now and then. Exactly the same thing I saw happening on a Windows XP machine when I got a copy of Memeo software at Showstoppers during the CES 2007.

The interface has gotten a lot better for XP. I haven't tried the new Mac software yet, and have just been using an rsync script. But it doesn't solve the one big problem I have... MP3 libraries scattered over 4 machines, some files with better tags. Some songs duplicated, some songs the same filename but better quality... and a manual process to sort out what I want as the master! <br /> Now if they could create an add-on to do that sort of data management it would rock!
