Otherwise it would of course be equally descriptive to say that Alaska is 2.74 orders of magnitude larger than Rhode Island and has half an order of magnitude less people, and both have oceans.  Or pick your arbitrary geographic boundary and its associated land area and population statistics. &lt;br /&gt;

Point being, what you seem to think is clever doesn&#039;t really say very much at all about what Alaska is LIKE. </description>
