Politicians have been doing it forever. The write it off as "entertainment" expenses.
What? I dont see the humor. It actually is not expensable? Not that I would ever attempt to do that. no never.

Actually, many years ago, i read an article about a yahoo from the port authority in or around Seattle. He tried to expense his visits to the tune of $50,000 on a single trip! He lost his $70,000+ a year job and they didn't pay for those trips. He went to many strip clubs with those he was entertaining and was tipping in the $2,000 – $3,000 range.
