The new Board - including Chris Byrnes - is being asked to provide sweat equity. In reurn, I would like to offer compensation of (future) stock in Votelink. I am relaunching the business as an LLC and will upgrade to an "S" Corporation when needed. I plan to build the company and sell it within 2-3 years. The mission: To provide city-by-city energy planning (ala Craig's List) and online public meetings. A voting system 1.0 is being added to discussions January 2007. 2.0 will be added 9/07.
