I agree with you, Brad, High School Confidential is an excellent book.

Almost as entertaining as the book itself, one of the more amusing pieces of fallout was that students who were embarassed about their intimate secrets being revealed took to the Web in an effort to get people NOT to read it, like your "ashley" above. They were exposed as fibbers pretty quickly, but all their false postings and aliases on Amazon are hilarious.

I also enjoyed The Cure greatly, that and High School Confidential were truly exceptional.

Well, im pretty amused at the book, high school confidential. mostly because i was at the school he was observing and everyone knew that he was a "narc" or something. He was so obvious and alot of the stiff he wrote about was just people messing with him. the book isnt worth the paper its printed on.

Glad to hear you were able to get a good amount of reading done on your holiday. I finished up a great book as well called Metal Cowboy. The book is a collection of stories Joe Kurmaskie (columnist for Bicycling Magazine, Outside, etc.) wrote about his long distance bike tours. Well worth a read. I put up a quick review on my blog if you want to check it out. My gf is next up on the reading list but I would be happy to pass it along to you afterwards.

Jeremy Iverson was in my freshman dorm with me at Stanford. I got to know him pretty well there, and I have to say, the idea of him returning to high school after college is incredibly creepy...
