Sales Forecasting – The Waterfall

Josh Kopelman has a great post up about Sales Forecasting, along with a sample model of a “Waterfall Forecast.”

    I am the CEO of Steelwedge Software whose solution is sales planning and performance management. We use Excel as the UI integrated with an enterprise platform. Waterfalls are a standard part of our offering, and, are utilized by our customers.
