Eh – I thought it was a reasonable push back (and I use “bitch slapped” in a non-sexist, playful way (per the trackback to this post that seemed to indicate the reader thought I was being sexist with my language) to indicate “abrupt push back from a friend that I didn’t resist.” I love colloquialisms – they are so much more fun (although my wife Amy just told me she wasn’t happy with my particular choice of words in this case.

I was simply posting press releases. In hindsight – and now that I’ve been blogging for a while – this is BORING. In an ideal world, every company would have an RSS feed for their press releases, so one could simply subscribe if they are interested. This is what we’ve tried to do with our website.

Brad, this is a great idea and one we need to follow at Ignition. Also, I don’t see what’s so bad about writing posts about ANY company you are excited about so long as you disclose it’s in your portfolio. What the heck, you were excited enough to put your money where your mouth is, why not spout off a bit about them.
