Effective Email Communication and Punctuation

Sometimes you’ve got to read between the lines in emails – this classic from Ze Frank is worth watching.  (Thanks Will.)

I use the same philosophy in replies to emails. I start with "YFI" which most people assume is a typo on "FYI" -- it's not, though -- it's an abbreviation for "You F---ing Idiot!"

My little typo brings me great satisfaction.
