I love Leland – he totally cracks me up. Nothing like having a rock star on staff at NewsGator that likes a video camera. Knowing Leland, he did this in one take.

I have had the very entertaining and most enjoyable pleasure of knowing Leland for 14 years. In as Much as you "love" Leland perhaps you would want my take on this relatively long friendship. Insight is a valuble thing for invertors to have access to with regard to their key employees, but you know this well.
You have an supurb man in Leland, an asset to any organization.
